Do you have a used spinning wheel you wouldn't mind parting with? I am a young spinner just beginning to work with wheels. I did a very small amount of wheel spinning when I was very young, but now I am 19 and looking to expand my knowledge. I have been spinning on a spindle for awhile, and I really want to move up. I am willing to pay for it, but I don't have much money at my disposal. I am, however willing to travel quite far to get it (I'll make a trip out of it). My husband and I were weavers for many years. Now I want to sell a Schacht 8
harness floor loom and all accessories, including yarn and
weaving books, Handwoven
magazines covering 4 years, antique rag rug strecher,
shuttles, reeds, etc. I have a
recent Schacht price book and am pricing everything at one
half todays cost Most yarn is from Halcyon...this would be a good deal for a
shop or college that teaches classes.
