backing. Fine rug hooks, 1-1/4" long.
Prodding
Tool
A finely finished 4-3/4" hardwood tool for pushing "rag" strips
into a loose backing to make the very rich "prodded" rugs, popular in
UK. Uses small pieces of fabric rather than the long strips required for punch
or braided rugs.
Locker Hook
Used for a unique canvas needlework technique, this heavy 6" needle has an
eye on one end and a hook on the opposite end. Nickel-plated, and carded
with instructions.
