Black Licorice

Not only does anise essential oil (which is what gives this soap the smell of licorice) have natural antibacterial properties, it helps to mask human odor, a feature that outdoorsmen (and women) appreciate. Cocoa Butter Exfoliating Soap

Cocoa butter is known for its natural emollient and moisturizing characteristics as well as for helping to make a hard, long lasting bar of soap. And this soap is over 20% cocoa butter! We’ve also added meadowfoam oil which helps protect your skin from moisture loss. Teamed with apricot meal and ground oat bran for gentle exfoliating, and scented with the rich, cinnamic-vanillin fragrance of Peru balsam, it makes an ideal bar for the shower.

Ingredients: palm kernel oil, cocoa butter, olive oil, soybean oil, rice bran oil, sunflower oil, meadowfoam oil, castor oil, Peru balsam essential oil, apricot meal, ground oat bran, and silk.

Comfrey and Aloe

The benefits of comfrey, high in saponins and rich in allantoin, and aloe vera have been widely written about. Herbalists claim that comfrey speeds healing by encouraging cell growth and can be useful in easing arthritic joints, muscle aches and sprains. Aloe vera gel is credited with aiding the healing of wounds and sunburn as well as being soothing to dry skin. We combine the two and scent it with rose geranium essential oil, also useful in dealing with bruises, cuts and burns.

Ingredients: comfrey infused safflower oil, palm kernel oil, coconut oil, rice bran oil, shea butter, kokum butter, jojoba oil, aloe vera gel, rose geranium essential oil, red sandalwood powder, and silk.
