Why an Ashford High Speed Double Drive Bobbin? When you spin double drive with a high speed whorl on an Ashford wheel, your take up will work better if your bobbin also has a smaller whorl on the end. That’s what these bobbins are for. Increase your take up ability while spinning double drive with a high speed whorl.

High speed double drive bobbin for:
– Traditional double drive spinning wheel
– Traveler double drive spinning wheel
– Elizabeth spinning wheel (any version that is using the same flyer the wheel came with).

Graphite fiberglass arms make these flyers light and strong. New sliding hook flyer bobbins hold up to 30% more yarn. Due to the larger bobbins, the treadle may not fold completely with these bobbins stored in previous models of the Joy wheel.
