Cherry
Lucet
A lyre shaped tool used to make braids. Common in Victorian sewing boxes,
it was usually made of ivory or shell. This hardwood lucet is available
with an integral handle for ease of use.
Bone Lucet
A small bone lucet in the traditional Victorian form. 3.5" x 1.3."
Mini Decorative Wood Lucet
A small, useable, pocket lucet with decorative laminations. 1 3/4" wide by
4" tall. 1/8th inch thick.

Kumihimo Braiding
Board
A hand held, 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" rigid high density poly board for hand
braiding of 4 to 24 strands. Requires no weights, maintains position of all
threads, light weight and portable. Suitable for kumi-himo and other muilti-strand
techniques. Kit includes board, 2 colors of braiding thread, set of 25 thread
winders and instructions.

32-Slot Round Braiding Board
A 4-1/4" round, 32 slot braiding board made of durable foam for making
lanyards and braids. Includes instruction for round, flat, rectangular and
square 8-strand braids.

Plate or Disk
A notched high density foam board for making kumihimo braids. Includes starting
thread and instructions for various braids. Illustrated instructions have
Japanese text.
Available in a 6" x 6" square or 6" round configuration.

with a 6" Kaku Dai square and a 9.5" Maru Dai round head. 24"
