For online orders, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal.

For mail orders, use our online shopping cart. Choose “pay by check” as the payment option. We will get a copy of your order, and we will hold that until we receive your payment. You can send payment in the form of a check, money order, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).
To get a shipping quote, add an item or items to the cart, then enter your country, state, AND zip code. You need to enter your zip code to see the most accurate shipping quotes.
We usually ship by Priority Mail. Large orders ship by parcel post. Occasionally larger items and drop-shipments ship via UPS or FedEx.
Free domestic shipping on order over $200.00.
Orders shipped to WI are charged state and county sales tax.
International customers are responsible for any custom, duty or import fees. This includes any VAT your country assess. We do not ship to the Uk or Germany, due to requirements imposed by those countries on any shops that sends shipments into the country.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Enter the gift certificate number in the voucher field when checking out online, or mention the number in your phone or mail order.
Call or email for an authorization before returning any item(s). We will not accept nor be responsible for returns that we did not authorize. We do not accept returns of videos or DVDs, unless defective. Returns of in-stock items in re-saleable condition will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) if the return is made within thirty days of purchase. Re-saleable condition means the item(s) must be in the original, un-damaged packaging, along with any accessories, parts and instructions. Returns of special ordered items will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling and a 15% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You are responsible to pack and ship the item(s) in such a way as to ensure their safe and intact arrival.
We try to inspect all merchandise before shipping, but if something you receive is defective, notify us right away, and we will do what we can to correct the situation.
We do not share, sell, trade, rent or otherwise distribute the names and/or contact information of our customers to any outside parties.
