To use, just take your single and ply it against itself, then hold the it up to the angle of twist gauge to see what angle of twist your finished yarn will have. If it’s not the angle you want, add or subtract twist from your singles as you spin.
Also use to make sure you are plying your yarn to a consistent angle of twist from beginning to end, or when you take a break from the project and come back.
