Ashford Kiwi Flyer Super Bobbins. These bobbins fit the Kiwi Wheel Super flyer . Extra large bobbins are 6.15″ long and 5.75″ wide, allowing you to fit up to 1.1# of yarn on one bobbin! These bobbins only work on the Super Flyer. They do not fit the normal Jumbo Flyer, even if on a Kiwi Wheel.
Wooden bobbins come in either unfinished or clear lacquered finish.

What’s better then a spinning oil bottle? A choice between 3 spinning wheel oil bottles! We offer the Schacht Precision, the Ashford, or the Kromski bottles. You can’t go wrong with any of them. The Kromski does have the longest nozzle, but the Schacht bottle is a little sturdier. It really comes down to personal preference though.
Change your single treadle Traditional wheels to double treadle. Using both feet doubles the energy and encourages the spinner to sit directly in front of the wheel, which is good for the body posture and balance. The cranks are offset 10 degrees so you can start the wheel in either direction without using your hands. The kit includes a new crank and conrod joints as well as the new treadle assembly.
This kit will fit all Traditional wheels made after 1971.
