On the Valkyrie Fine Full-size Combs the 33 tines are set in double rows, 1/4 inch on center. The 4 1/2″ long tempered steel tines are firmly set in a 5″ wide hardwood handle. These tines never need “straightening.” 3/16th diameter tines are flexible enough to take abuse, and still bounce back to their intended alignment.
The tines slant slightly back for the last 1″ to the tip, which helps them pass by each other without interference.
Weight for the pair is 16.3 oz.
