At 5.5″ wider than the 10″ Cricket, the 15″ Cricket is still compact enough to take with you easily. The 15″ weaving width offers more flexibility in your choice of weaving projects. Uses the same reeds as the 15″ Flip folding rigid heddle loom. 18.5″ w x 18″ l x 6″ h. Weighs 5 pounds.

From Schacht we bring you the Cricket Loom. A great little starter/sampler loom with the quality and reputation of all Schacht products, including being made in the USA.

The Cricket Loom is compact, capable, and cute! The Cricket is available in a 10″ or 15″ weaving widths. The Cricket is made of high-quality apple ply and hard maple and is left unfinished. Each Cricket comes with an 8-dent reed. We also have 5-, 10- 12- and 15 dent reeds. Included are a threading hook, warping peg, table clamps, two shuttles, and two balls of yarn.

Simply bolt the loom to the stand, and adjust the angle of the loom. To remove the loom, just loosen the knobs, lift the loom out of the slots, and you’re ready to go. Older 10″ looms will need holes drilled to accept the top brace – stand instructions include a template for drilling holes.
